Best ever episodes of Brookie

In no kinda order but these were the best storylines Brookie bought us (in
my view):

Sue and her baby pushed from the scaffolding at the shops (1991).

Peter Harrison and Diana and the Rape allegations (1992)

Jimmy crashes into the Rogers car killing Tony Dixon. Trevor Jordache story
(1993)

The Cult story with Simon Howe. (1994)

Trevor Jordache body is discovered under the patio! - The teacher Jenny
Swift holding Mick hostage (1995)

Nat & Georgia Incest story. (1996)

The Nikki Rape story - Ron blowing up the parade after hooking up a Gas
Cooker (1998)

The Millennium Club blows up killing Greg Shadwick (1999).

Susannah fall down the stairs to her death after Max rows with her (2000)

Ron shoots Clint Moffat (2001)

Anthony Murry kills Imelda (2002).

The Michaelson Drug storyline (2003)


Those were some brilliant writing and acting in all those storylines - don't
you agree? Anyone know of other brilliant storylines I missed out?

Barry Grant filling up that guy's car with wet cement...(& then billing
him for the cement!)

dya know what being an avid fan and trying not to miss any of the episodes
in our house I don't actually remember seeing the Sheila Grant rape story
and the wet cement storyline. I don't know what I was doing when they were
on but I missed them anyhows.

involved with some gangster types which ended with Terry being beaten to
within an inch of his life.
There was the tragic demise of Damon Grant, stabbed to death in front of
girlfriend Debbie.
The hostage scene involving hospital workers who shared a house in the
Close, ending with the death of Nurse Kate.
Heather Haversham (nothing else, just she was a great character, played by
Amanda Burton.)

...not strictly a Brookside episode, as it was part of a "soap bubble"
series called "Damon and Debbie" (or perhaps it was "Debbie and Damon")...

...not really a memorable moment IMHO, though the scene where some
characters met Kate's bereaved parents was hilarious because it was supposed
to be in London, yet was clearly filmed in a Liverpool residential
back-street (lined with glazed red-brick terraced houses, rarely seen
outside the North West and - most tellingly - only a few cars parked in the
road whereas in London, such streets are parjked nose-to-tail all day
long)...

...well, she was when the series started... ...after the character of her
husband Roger was removed, she rapidly became the sullen, censorious,
unpleasant cow that the same actress has specialised in playing ever since.
